Introduction to Automated Driving System Toolbox

Date:
July 25, 2017
Session 1:
9:00 a.m. U.S. EDT/ 2:00 p.m. BST/ 3:00 p.m. CEST
Session 2:
2:00 p.m. U.S. EDT/ 7:00 p.m. GMT/ 8:00 p.m. CEST

Overview

Automated driving systems perceive the environment using vision, radar, and lidar, and other sensors to detect objects surrounding the vehicle. Join this session to learn how Automated Driving System Toolbox™ can help you:

  • Visualize vehicle sensor data
  • Detect and verify objects in images
  • Fuse and track multiple object detections

Please allow approximately 45 minutes to attend the presentation and Q&A session. We will be recording this webinar, so if you can't make it for the live broadcast, register and we will send you a link to watch it on-demand.

About the Presenter

Mark Corless is Automated Driving Segment Manager at MathWorks, responsible for strategy planning and technology rollout. His focus is to help industry and academia leverage MathWorks tools to develop automated driving applications. Previous to this role, Mark was a Principal Application Engineer focused on simulation and code generation workflows for control and signal processing applications. During this time, Mark helped customers establish workflows to develop algorithms for implementation on embedded processors and FPGAs. Before joining MathWorks in 2004, Mark was a DSP engineer at Visteon, where he designed automotive audio and receiver systems. Mark has a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan, Dearborn.
